The Village Spirit Collective is all about involving the community. Our local ‘Ginfluencers’ help us to explore botanicals which ultimately determine the final blends of our gin range. They are part of a community of gin lovers who enjoy the experience as much as the drink itself. Our humble distillery features a 100 litre copper-head still and a few development stills to help us perfect each new blend.
