Offer: Up to £33,500, plus a competitive tronc package & paid annual leave Hours: 48 hours per week (full time) We are looking for an experienced junior sous chef who shares our passion for delicious food, great customer service & sustainability. Duties - Maintain high standards from food preparation, through to service - Be in charge of your own section, including set-up & clean down - Support the kitchen team in daily tasks, including cleaning and stock control - Work closely with the front of house team to plan group menus & events Qualifications - Previous kitchen experience is essential; restaurant experience is highly desirable. - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed Contact: Send your CV to [email protected]
Offer: £12.21-£13.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a generous tronc package. Hours: 30 hours per week (full time) Benefits & perks including discounted meals & bi-annual staff parties! We're looking for a reliable & experienced waiter or waitress to join our front of house team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated & provide excellent customer service. Duties - Assisting the Pub Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant - Managing table plans, taking orders, and overseeing smooth service during dinner. - Ensuring proper billing for supplementary food and guest meals.
